I am currently setting up a brand new custom PC and then join the 506th. I havent installed any OS on yet and im getting 3 long beeps from my MOBO and shutsdown 1 second later it starts back up and the cycle repeats. My mobo is a ASROCK Z87E-ITX. Any suggestions/help?
1930 UPDATE 1: looked at proccesor and repositioned it with the reposition took none of the prongs are bent
1945 UPDATE 2: moved x2 4 gddr3 RAM cards into different slots. Still beeping
2037 UPDATE 3: RAM want slotted properly. Problem solved. Time to get some pizza and start downloading Steam, Arma 3, Mods, and TS3. Thanks for the help and see you on the battlefield.

Try leaving only a single RAM stick installed and then test from there. Is it 3 long beeps or 3 short beeps?

Check to make sure your memory is seated properly.
If it is then try swapping out each stick(Booting with only one stick in at a time) just make sure you swap it to the number one memory slot each time. This will let you know if you have a bad stick of memory.
But you defiantly have a memory problem... see this chart:
http://www.asrock.com/support/faq.asp?id=286
It basically thinks you have no memory installed.
