Hello,
        I'm trying to submit an application but I can't do a new topic under the recruitment board. Is recruitment closed?

Recruitment is very much still open.

In order to submit an application, you need to fill out the application form, which will in turn create the topic.

I suggest you read across the sticky topics at the top of the Recruiting (http://www.506thir.net/forums/index.php?board=2.0) board as they will contain all the information you will need to submit an application.

As a side note, don't edit your forum profile - S-1 standardizes forum profiles for all involved in the unit.
