Title: Need Help ASAP

Hello, sorry for the trouble but Im trying to get this all sorted by the class time tonight.  I downloaded the All in Arma overnight, and now I cant figure out how to install it.  Its kind of a weird file.  I mess with a lot of Arma mods but can not figure this one out.

It appears to me that you downloaded the entire webpage.  I would delete everything except the 7z file, download 7-Zip, and extract that 7z file.

Seems that I have everything downloaded.. There were two on the Class Sign-up page.

Those two were recently removed from the recruit depot, and will no longer be required.  This occurred within the last couple of days, and the sign-up pages have not been updated yet.
