So this is very much still a WIP but I have been staring at it for so long I cant tell which way is up. I was hoping I could get you guys to take a look and see if there are any giant holes that I'm missing. Dont worry its only 32 pages :P. Yes some if it is copy past from other documents, no it wont be when it is done. I take the outline and then I will reword and reshape it into what I want to say.

I dont think we do amphibious operations anymore (squad training Week 4). Maybe have this week be Air Assault.
It looks amazing so far and hopefully will become the standard for all teams.

good catch changed it on the last page but not the first one.

Its up to 44 pages and I think its done. Can I get one final look over from a second pair of eye to see if I missed something, or something you feel should be added.

Great work, the foundation is solid. I loved De Leo's training program and I love the addition you've made.
one error that stood out and helps with brevity: once call signs have been established, they can be dropped.
Radio Check:
The following is an example transmission of a radio check conducted Havoc 2-3-A to Havoc 2-3-B:
"Alpha, THIS IS Bravo, on Frequency 123. RADIO CHECK, OVER"
"Bravo, THIS IS Alpha. LIMA CHARLIE ON Frequency 123, OVER"
"Alpha, this is Bravo, ROGER, OUT"
Also a squad file was omitted; which can be used to move very quickly while keeping unit cohesion.
