Check the end of your .RPT files.

They are located here for windows 7:

Local Disk (C:) > Users > (YOUR COMPUTER USERNAME) > AppData > Local > Arma 3

It should look like arma3_2015-06_(TIME OF CRASH)

You can open it with a notepad editor.

At the end of the file should be something similar to this:
Code: [Select]
Fault time: 2015/06/10 17:22:45
Fault address:  10009EE8 01:00008EE8 G:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Arma 3\dll\tbb4malloc_bi.dll
file:     Ryan_Spartan1_Template_v3 (__cur_mp)
world:    Chernarus
Prev. code bytes: CC CC CC CC CC CC CC CC 8B D1 B9 FF FF 00 00 57
Fault code bytes: 0F B7 42 5E 66 3B C1 75 04 33 FF EB 02 8B F8 B9

Let us know what it says.

I keep getting "DX11 error : CreateBuffer failed : DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED"

The end of my rpt file is

12:42:25 Small mapped regions: 28, size 135168 B
12:42:25 VID: dedicated: 3221225472, shared 1073676288, system: 0, max: 2906652672, used: 821391360
12:42:27 DX11 error : Device removed:  : DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_REMOVED
12:42:27 DX11 - device removed - reason: DXGI_ERROR_DEVICE_HUNG

I'm pretty sure that small patch that released on the 10th was to fix that. Double check you're updated i suppose? Try running without mods etc.
