I need help, I have CH Pedals, an X-55 HOTAS and TrackIR and I'm still flying around like a pig in mud. I can lift off, make broad turns but apart form that I'm hopeless.
When I try to slow down I stall, when I try to land I crash, when I try to bank or yaw I am constantly fighting the rotor torque. And worst of all my flight path indicator is never on my hud 1/2 the time it feels like my helo is flying sideways.
I've watched countless youtube videos but I'm really at a loss as to what I'm doing wrong in the moment. Does anyone know any good resources?

A lot of it really comes with practice, to be honest. I'm sure the guys down in Delta would love to help out

While my own Arma piloting skills are poor (I'm amazing at crashing, though), I do know that if you have the advanced flight model on, especially if you're new to the Arma flight mechanics, it may be a bit much to start out with. You may want to turn it off (if you haven't already), and get used to that. Once you're confident, you can turn on those advanced models, and hone your flying skills.

Also make sure your flightsticks and pedals are "bound" properly... I highly advise you, to not use premade profiles, but to experiment alot to find out what works for you and then make your own.

Find me on TS sometime, I'm the only pilot in Aviation that uses advanced flight model. I'll take you through it, but it is very tough to get used to at first.

Thanks for all the offers for assistance, I'll pop down into Delta's channel sometime soon.
