I talk about it in that stream, but here's an example of my mission sheet.
It's a custom designed A-3 sheet which lets me jot down check-ins (mostly) and then any BLUFOR marks I will come back to.
Marks which are marked and then immediately assigned for CAS are usually not noted down (which is why you'll notice I only note down marks at the start of the mission, once we start rolling it's normally easier to blow things up).
