I understand that. However I also understand that you need quality individuals to fill holes where others have recently vacated. I believe that every individual has potential to be great as long as they are managed well and placed in tasks which fit them, especially in a militaristic standpoint. I have no qualms taking a position as an infantry person, however my time with your organization would be stippled, and talent wasted. It is my understanding that you wish to have a well oiled machine, so I was merely expressing, in the easiest of words possible, where my talents would be best utilized.

Application accepted. Within the next hour you will receive a welcome aboard private message with some general instructions to get you initially set up. Check the PHASE ONE sub-board for the next available scheduled Recruit Training. If you are attending a Recruit Training check each thread for available times and sign up for it in the "Recruit Training" Forum above this one. There will be a thread to sign in.

In Summary:
Step 1. Receive Welcome Aboard message and follow Instructions inside of the Welcome Aboard message.
Step 2. Sign up for a "Recruit Training" in the Recruit Training Forum.
Note: Steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable.
