« on: July 18, 2016, 11:11:41 AM »
First Name: Jacob
Last Name: Schmidt
Age: 18 (June 14, 1998)
Desired Duty Assignment: 153A Rotary Wing Pilot

ArmA III Player ID: 76561198069595194

How long have you been playing ArmA III?:
I have been playing the arma franchise since the beta of Operation Arrowhead. I have over 500+ hours on Arma 2(Operation Arrowhead) and 902 hours on Arma 3.

Are you currently a member of an ArmA III gaming clan or unit?:
I am currently not, I have been in the past though.

Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?:
I was recommended to the 506th Realism Unit by Raptor. After doing my research of your unit, it seems that you are a great unit with exponential potential "pun not intended", and I would love to share my skill sets with your unit. I hope to become a key member of your ever growing community and play with you soon.

If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?:
I fully understand this.

Do you understand that as of 30SEP2016, you will be required to own Arma 3 Apex DLC in order to actively participate in the unit?:
I fully understand this.

Please check your user profile and ensure that the email address you registered with is correct. Have you done this?:
Yes, I have.

Do you understand the definition of realism gaming according to the 506th realism unit, and is this the type of realism experience you desire and are willing to abide by?:
I completely understand that I am expected to act as if I am a soldier in that environment when I am playing and that this is a realism experience I will desire and abide by.

Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserve platoon?:
I have read and understand the requirements for your unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place me into the dreaded reserve platoon.

You understand the fact that this unit is a EST (GMT -5) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations are Sundays at 2000 EST (0100 GMT)?:
I completely understand the fact that this unit is a EST (GMT -5) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations are Sundays at 2000 EST.

Kind Regards,
                      Jake
