[RESOLVED]arsenal not loading saved files

I have a trooper that can not save his load out in arsenal, he has to build his kit each time. We have tried many different combinations. We have given him kits, yet still no luck. Does any one have any idea what could be causing this.

and yes we are NOT saving radios and vectors.

Could we see the loadout he is trying to save?

Export a loadout and have him import it. If that doesn't work, something strange must be going on on his end. Find me on TS Sunday if it's not sorted.

I was having problems retrieving saved loadouts as well until I clicked "clear loadout" or similar at the Arsenal.  If you have any equipment on you that you load into the template with it will corrupt the saved loadout in the Arsenal...I think.

After I did the "clear loadout" which should be an option at the Arsenal box I was able to build my loadout, save it and retrieved it during this last FTX.

I am having the same issue and the clear loadout option (which I used during the last FTX) did not help.  I have participated in other events using Arsenal and had no issues.  So far issue is 506th only (for me)

Try saving without binoculars, radio and nvg's.
