First Name: Johann
Last Name: Knorst
Age: 22
Desired Duty Assignment: 68W Health Care Specialist

ArmA III Player ID: My player ID is 76561198007742816.

How long have you been playing ArmA III?: Around 333 Hours, and from that at least 200 hours was from playing in the 506th. But on ARMA 2 terms, around 1000+ hours.
Are you currently a member of an ArmA III gaming clan or unit?: No, the only clan/unit I have ever been apart of was the 506th back in 2015.
Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: I wanted to come back to the good ol' times before college and have some milsim fun with some new friends!

If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?: Yes. Just as before, I became Infantryman before becoming a 68W due to the billet being full.

Do you understand that as of 30SEP2016, you will be required to own Arma 3 Apex DLC in order to actively participate in the unit?: Yes. Im fully aware of the requirement.

Please check your user profile and ensure that the email address you registered with is correct. Have you done this?: Yes. Since I've returned, I have updated all my info.

Do you understand the definition of realism gaming according to the 506th realism unit, and is this the type of realism experience you desire and are willing to abide by?: Yes. I fully understand, It's the same realism I was searching from all those years ago, and is still the same one Im looking foward for today.

Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserve platoon?: Yes. I understand and acknowledge the risks of being inactive.

You understand the fact that this unit is a EST (GMT -5) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations are dependent on your choice of Sundays at 2000 Eastern (0100 GMT) or Saturdays at 2000 Eastern (0100 GMT)?: Yes. Im aware of the times of the trainings and operations are in GMT -5.

SPC Knorst,

You have been processed back into the unit as a SPC and placed in our reserves platoon.

You may transfer to an active billet after being in reserves for 30 days.
