Mod Problems

I keep getting "extension ace_fcs-x64.dll". Someone said it was my task force Radio so I uninstalled it all and reinstalled but I still get the same errors.

ACE_FCS is part of ACE. I'd suggest you probably need to re-download and re-extract the 506th ACE package as provided by your recruiter.
