Errors from Mod Pack 3.1.2

I get an error anytime I try to start Arma with the modpack (506th IR RU Mod Pack 3.1.2) enabled. I have tried redownloading the modpack, and the error only appears with it loaded.

The error reads, "Include file userconfig\cyp_pushtohear_a3\cyp_pushtohear_a3_config.hpp not found."

Arma then closes with an exit code reading: 0x0000DEAD

In your main Arma3 directory, where the Arma3.exe is
