Of course I'm not apart of the S-4 Mod team, however, as an instructor, the first thing, and best thing to do is delete and then reinstall CBA. Generally that fixes the problem for most privates. However sometimes that doesn't work.  Lastly when launching through the arma 3 launcher under the Mods Tab, make sure that no Steam CBA is loaded on your launcher as it sometimes likes to use the most updated or steam version of CBA although you selected the 506th version of CBA.

Hopefully this helps, that's if you haven't done/tried any of the options I've stated.

The error is not in CBA. It's a common misconception with these errors. You have to read the whole error.

The error is that you don't have the right version of one of our mortar systems, which are located in the 506th pack. Given that's the only error, it seems likely that it was a simple case of the ZIP not extracting fully. I would re-extract, deleting and re-copying the @506th folder in your Arma directory.
