Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: I've watched Jester/Drum's videos and as a historic wargamer and one who is interested in military history I would like to play a computer wargame with a group who focus on realism over run-and-gun. I'm tired of playing arcade-like spawn/die/spawn/die/spawn first person shooters. I would like to work realistically within a team to overcome simulated combat situations.
If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?: Yes, but starting out I am happy to be Infantry.
Do you understand that as of 30SEP2016, you will be required to own Arma 3 Apex DLC in order to actively participate in the unit?: Yes, I do already.
