Weather/Forecast Information:

Notice to Air Missions (NOTAMs) & Aviation Advisory Information

- NWRC-operated air defense threats continue to persist from both man-portable and self-propelled air defense systems, specifically IFVs delivering infantry as part of a reactionary force. Threats from both static & self-propelled anti-aircraft artillery (AAA) also continue to persist, and occasional air-to-air engagements with hostile aircraft remain a concern as well.

-Short-wave radio communications platforms, aging laptop computers with limited internet capabilities, and caches of suspected enemy intel support a clandestine courier method of delivery in an effort to obfuscate and/or evade coalition collection and exploitation efforts.

Local/Tactical-level News & Intelligence Updates, Activity, and Analysis

- Towns immediately east and south of a small offshoot of the Khanabad river have been successfully secured by 3rd PLT. The securing of these towns aided in allowing 2nd PLT to mount a successful capture COP WINSTON. NWRC and militant forces both within and around the COP and in the immediate surrounding areas have been either neutralized or routed to the areas south of COP WINSTON. A large build-up of enemy forces has been observed across the Khanabad river in the towns south of 3rd PLT's recent area of operations. Enemy assets include but are not limited to infantry, mechanized, IDF, and fortified positions.     

Special Info/Patrol Objective-specific Intelligence

- 1st PLT's objective today once again comes at a critical point in operations throughout the southern Kirov area - the raid on COP WADE and the securing of COP WALTERS are the battalion's penultimate blows against NWRC-organized forces in this part of the AO. Through both the raid and the securing of COP WALTERS, 1st PLT will moreover secure the flank of 3rd PLT's upcoming operations against HQ WALLACE, forcing the NWRC in the AO to either surrender or retreat southward to more "sympathetic" regions such as Severkhuldza or Sultabent, as both Bravo and Charlie Companies, as well as the 32nd Cav maintain a strong presence in the east and north portions of the AO.

Local/Tactical-level News & Intelligence Updates, Activity, and Analysis

- 1st PLT successfully conducted a raid on COP Wade and both assaulted and secured COP Walters west of the Khanabad River. Several groups of enemy combatants surrendered and are in the process of being de-briefed for mission-critical intelligence. Moreover, dozens of documents and communications devices were recovered from both of the COPs as part of 1st PLT's push into the southern parts of the current AO.     

Special Info/Patrol Objective-specific Intelligence

- 3rd PLT's assault and securing HQ WALLACE will serve as strategically pivotal blows against NWRC forces in and throughout the area around Kirov. HQ WALLACE functions as a major logistics hub for the NWRC, and with its seizure, 3rd PLT will definitively disrupt and impact supply routes that run between the HQ and Zor-Khalata. Critical exploitation of sensitive materials on site remain a major priority due to the target's significance. Lastly, remain cognizant of fleeing or surrendering NWRC command personnel within or in proximity of HQ WALLACE.
