I new to arma and I´m trying to set up the most functional keybinds. What are the keybinds that you use?

Truthfully telling you, you just have to find out by yourself. Join in on some fun missions happening everyday. You'll learn to have some personal favs keybinds that people have in common or dislike. Its the best way to get comfortable in ARMA.

This is one you will have to change, "Throw Grenade" will have to switch to either 2xG or Shift G or something else that is a bit more complicated than just "G". They will explicitly inform you in OSUT.

Welcome to the 506th. Use the default for now and see what is comfortable and not. Then start playing around with what works for you. Your fireteam and squad will be a great soundboard for ideas and suggestions.

Its in the AGM options menu. When you are in game, hit escape, then the option to open the AGM menu will be in the upper left hand side. Should be the first option.
