Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: I am currently a PFC in the 173rd as an 11B. I have heard that this group is nothing but professional and I would love to be part of a community that takes things as seriously as I do, yet still have fun at the same time.
If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being.
