I don't understand how the image you linked fixes issues with the modpack. The ARMA 3 update broke several mods and implemented new stamina changes that make everyone's loadouts broken. You cannot jog or run unless you drop all your gear. The only way we will update to the new version of ARMA is when the mods we use update themselves and fix all of the issues. ACE/RHS are well aware of the problems and I believe ACE already released a hotfix.
