Arma 3 Keeps Updating Regardless of Legacy 156

So just today, my game starts updating on it's own even though I have the settings set to not auto-update. It keeps removing my Arma3Legacy156 option and starts updating. It's starting to really piss me off because we are still using 1.56 for ace and other mods. Is anybody else having this shitty BI experience, or am I the only one?

**UPDATE**

I am now unable to rollback to arma3legacy156. I am stuck at 1.58.135742 build of Arma 3. The Arma3legacy156 beta code is invalid to me.

Not sure what you've done so far. Try exiting steam, and coming back into it. Enter your betacode, (it could be CaSe sensitive?)(Arma3Legacy156). Once that's done give it a second and opt into the beta. Once activated your game in the library will say
"Arma 3[legacy]"

Well it gave me the Legacy option again, and I validated integrity, it gives me the Legacy label on the launcher, but when the game loads up, i'm on v1.58. I restarted steam and even my PC.

Have you placed yourself in the dev branch build accidentally?

No it's all good now, it's finally rolling back after like 2 hours of trial and error. Funny thing is I never touched the settings in steam for ArmA 3 after rolling back.
