forum links are missing or do i have to redo some training

i am currently unable to resign for OUST training after i had to leave the class at the last minute do to game issues  that i solved with a new install of mods and game. i would just like to know if re cycle would mean the whole course of traing from the beginning or if there is just a error that sent me back.

Mr. Tarnowski,
I just checked and it seems, that you were recycled, I am not an S-1 personnel but what I can tell you is your training was not completed in the time allotted. If you needed time you should have asked for an extended time period. With that said sorry but it appears you will have to start all over again. I suggest you try and contact one of the recuirters.
