MOSN "Black Book" Intel Files - Page 1

Gentlemen,

This was recently recovered from a MOSN officer. We're not sure what it says, since the only translators in country speak Korean. We've sent for a Russian speaking 97L, but I think you all know the speed at which HQ moves. Given the content of the intel, we felt you should all see it.

Currahee,
SGT Garcia

These published documents are the fictional works of the S-2 Intelligence Team of the 506thIR Realism Unit, pertaining to the fictional 'Operation Crimson Moon' storyline.

Its an intel report on LT Hammersmain.

It details his name, rank, current status (which is alive) along with a few other details.

"Current location is unknown, last seen at prison"

"He lead the attack to capture the prison"

It then has a short biography. The gist of it from what I can gather is that whoever wrote this has had their eye on Hammersmain for some time. They take note of first known contact with the LT but its hard to understand it due to the red matter on the document.

Its also worth noting that they learned of some of the history behind the LT's career. Its noted that he was present in Al Rayak and was a platoon sergeant at that time.

The final lines detail what this is and why its important:

"This man is a priority objective. It is well prepared and very
the giver." (Not sure what that second sentence means given the rough translation).

"Capturing or killing him would be a big win."

I dont speak russian so its rough in some spots but the gist of it is that LT Hammersmain is on someone's shit-list. He's been identified as a priority target by whoever made this report. If they've gone through the trouble to gather intel and identify a Lieutenant, its quite possible they're looking into other officers or persons of interest within the 506th.

Great Document, nice bit of story

Jeez, disrupt *one* little overarching, deployment story line and suddenly S-2/S-3 are out for blood.

Nice work, SGT Garcia!

That'd be sriracha sauce.  Intel intercepts confirm - those Russians love them some sriracha sauce.  :-*
