RE: PRNA allies with MOSN, MOSN massacres town of civilians

The following intelligence report is classified and should only be distributed to authorized personnel.

Massacre at Bruderholz:
In the afternoon on October 8th a distress call was received at COP Warlock over a civilian radio frequency. It was from the town of Bruderholtz. What we believed to be a civilian on the other end of the line described an attack by MOSN forces and the indiscriminate killing of innocents. He sounded panicked, and there was the sound of gunfire in the background. Following the distress call Company HQ dispatched Task Force Bravo with a two-fold mission, the first part of which was to establish exactly what had happened at the town by making contact with any civilians present there.

When Task Force Bravo approached the town it was clear that the MOSN forces had already finished. The Task Force discovered dozens of bodies shot execution style along walls and billboards, and many more in the rubble of houses and inside destroyed vehicles. In all total it is believed that the civilian casualties numbered at near 60 individuals, comprising the entirety of the population.

It also appeared that two messages were left for us - "WE ARE DEFIANT" scrawled in blood on the billboards where innocents had been executed. This phrase matches a phrase used in their declaration of war, and personal message to the 506th.

Furthermore we are not convinced that this was actually a civilian on the other end of the radio transmission; after further review of the recordings it was determined that the individual speaking Korean did so with a very odd accent for the area and our Intelligence team speculated that they were not a local from the island. The accent was said to be that of a foreigner who learned the language but could not pronounce it properly, and thus not a native speaker.

We are now going through all records of previous engagements that the 506th has participated in in order to gain an understanding of the phrasing used in their multiple messages to us.

Supreme Leader Ogum Jong-Soo speech:
This week Supreme Leader Ogum Jong-Soo took to the island's one remaining broadcasting television station, the name of which translates as "National Pride," in order to direct the PRNA to stand down all fighting with MOSN and instead to join them in fighting the "foreign invaders." The contents of the speech as well as his recital of it lead us to speculate that he may have been forced to read it. The following is a transcript of the speech:

[Ogum Jong-Soo appears in a well lit room by himself, he is visibly nervous]

"To my loyal followers on the island of Napf as well as the armed forces of the PRNA:

We must no longer take up arms against our comrades in the Movement of Soviet Nationalists. They are our allies in the cause against the foreign invaders. I hereby direct all members of the National Army of the People's Republic of Napf to surrender to the nearest units belonging to our new friends and brothers in the fight for our homeland. You will now obey their direct orders and give them all weapons, material, and manpower that they desire in order to rout the scourge of foreign oppressors.

Long live the Movement of Soviet Nationalists."

ANALYST COMMENT:
Both MOSN and PRNA forces possess a significant amount of firepower, if they are truly working together MOSN forces now possess a strong air force and even more infantry to command. We should expect to see MOSN troops fighting alongside PRNA forces and utilizing the more advanced equipment. We may also begin to see the PRNA holding some previously held MOSN positions and vice versa.

The Execution of PRNA Military commander Myong Hyonjun
The PRNA Military commander Myong Hyonjun has been publicly executed by MOSN forces.

Bystanders have reported that he was escorted into the street in the early afternoon of September 6th 2017 by MOSN special forces. A short speech was given by an unknown MOSN commander regarding his treachery and branding him an enemy of the state. He was sentenced to death at approximately 12:40 pm. The execution was carried out no more than 10 minutes later by an unnamed MOSN officer who forced Hyonjun down to his knees and then fired a 9mm round into the back of his head from his pistol.

The unnamed officer then addressed the crowd stating that, “this is what happens to our enemies; support us and fight against the western interlopers!”

ANALYST COMMENT:
The execution of Myong Hyonjun suggests that MOSN forces had no more use for him, it is safe to say that all PRNA activity and firepower is known by MOSN command. All direct orders will now fall onto PRNA officers that remain on the island, we will expect to see a more unorganized and indecisive PRNA.

ICBM Launchers discovered in Hindelbank were capable of firing nuclear weapons
Task Force Alpha reported PID of 3x PRNA ICBM Launchers at their objective in the city of Hindelbank.

Multi-sourced intelligence reports the ICBM missile launchers were most likely transported/moved to Hindelbank prior to the invasion of the island. The nuclear missiles were subsequently removed and transported elsewhere when the weather was unfavorable for US reconnaissance assets to observe their movement. EOD's inspection of the launchers has indicated that one of them has been used to fire a missile recently. This would be within a time frame that suggests that it was likely the one to hit Japan.

The TEL (Transporter, Erector, Launcher) vehicles are capable of launching 1x missile and then requiring a lengthy amount of time to reload another missile from a similar missile support vehicle which carries 6x missiles for reload.  There is also 1x command and control vehicle providing fire support information to 3x TEL Missile systems.  Neither the command and control vehicle nor the missile resupply vehicles have been located.

The IC (Intelligence Community) assesses the associated ICBM missile's have similar capabilities to North Korea's Hwasong-12/Hwasong-14 ICBM long range missile with an effective range 6,000km - 10,000 km with yields comparable to the strike against Japan.
