Forum SSL

All,

Issues with the forum security certificate (sometimes known as SSL) are known and under investigation.

Until it can be resolved, the forums will force-redirect you OFF SSL so that you don't continue to face the CERT_DATE_INVALID error.
For those that are interested, the server is configured to automatically renew it's SSL once a quarter, however, the automated Domain Validation doesn't appear to be connecting to the Certificate Authority so the new SSL cannot be provisioned & installed.

If you are worried about the security of not being on SSL while you post memes, consider not reusing passwords and using high-entropy passwords via a password manager.
If you experience any display/loading problems as a result of this change, hard-refresh, clear your cache and/or restart your browser.

Once the new SSL is installed and working, the forums will once again force-redirect you ON SSL.
