How long have you been playing ArmA III?: only a few weeks. I've been playing the campaign to get the basics down

Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: the reason I want to join is because I want to be part of a team.
How did you hear about the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: jester814 videos. I've been watching his videos for a couple of years.


If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?: yes. I will do my best to learn everything I need to know to help out the group but I have never been much of a pilot.

Do you understand that you are required to own Arma 3 Apex DLC in order to actively participate in the unit?: yes. unfortunately I do not have the DLC yet, but I will have it soon i just need some time. I'm on a collage budget.

Do you understand the definition of realism gaming according to the 506th realism unit, and is this the type of realism experience you desire and are willing to abide by?: yes I do. However I don't know most of the military speak. Will the training teach me how to properly role play?

Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserve platoon?: yes. activity may be a problem right now because I am in my sophomore year of collage.

You understand the fact that this unit is a EST (GMT -5) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations are dependent on your choice of Sundays at 2000 Eastern (0100 GMT) or Saturdays at 2000 Eastern (0100 GMT)?: yes I understand.

There are a few things/ which will require your attention before we process your application forward:

• Arma 3 Apex DLC is required
  We will need to verify that you have acquired Apex DLC prior to processing your application.
  
  
• The unit already has both a "Williams" and "S. Williams" in our records.
  Before we can process you into the unit I will need you to either select a middle initial, select a different first name, or select an entirely different name.
  

Once you have an update on all of these topics, you may reply below to supply the required information and make me aware of the update, at which point your application will be processed again.
