Question regarding activity

Hello, I'm looking at joining this group as I've been watching several videos on YouTube from members of this organization.  My only concern is my work schedule and if it will be a problem.

I work as a paramedic on 48-hour shifts on a 48/96 rotation.  This means that certain days of the week will be unavailable for me to participate for 2 weeks in a row (work a Monday/Tuesday one week, then a Sunday/Monday the next, then Saturday/Sunday, etc.).  Will this be doable, or do I need to try another group?

I know people that make schedules like that work, its hard but it can be done.  There is also the option of reserves.  With reserves you have no commitment to trainings or operations. You show up when you you can.

Same schedule. I normally end up missing maybe 1 op every 2 months. I try to find a replacement or let me squad know in advance. You'll have squad training through out the week also. It's workable..
