How long have you been playing ArmA III?: 4 years
Are you currently a member of an ArmA III gaming clan or unit?: I am not a part of a milsim unit but i do admin a life server
Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: I am a 10 year military combat veteran and was a member of the 82nd airborne in real life.  Also was a Drill Sergeant at Fort Sill OK.  I think that I can bring a vast amount of real world knowledge to this unit.  I have also been a rotary attack pilot for three of the 4 years of game play and can contribute to the TTP's of the aircraft section as well as instructor when I achieve that rank.


If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?: Yes I do.

Do you understand the definition of realism gaming according to the 506th realism unit, and is this the type of realism experience you desire and are willing to abide by?: Yes

Mr. Purchase,

Application accepted. Within the next hour you will receive a welcome aboard private message with some general instructions to get you initially set up. Check the PHASE ONE sub-board for the next available scheduled Recruit Training.  You can find a list of available under the "Important Contacts" thread in the forum we are in now; "Recruiting Section". If you are attending a Recruit Training check each thread for available times and sign up for it in the "Recruit Training" Forum above this one. There will be a thread to sign in.

In Summary:
Step 1. Receive Welcome Aboard message and follow Instructions inside of the Welcome Aboard message.
Step 2. Sign up for a "Recruit Training" in the Recruit Training Forum.
Note: Steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable.
