Put the patch ontop of what i had downloaded this is the sorta fixed it but not yet

Downloaded SGT Ryans all in arma pack still getting this error

Its a 14 KB file and it only contains a config.bn no matter how many times i download it from keep giving me this error

Switching to the Arma 3 Launcher for mod management removed that error for me.

This fixed it for me, everything looks fine but when I launched with Arma3sync it would always say I was missing the file. Launched all the mods with the arma 3 launcher and all is well. If you don't use the Launcher I would recommend giving it a go with this error.
