[ACCEPTED] Farmer Application
« on: December 16, 2015, 11:45:59 PM »
First Name: Zaire
Last Name: Farmer
Age: 18
Desired Duty Assignment: 68W Health Care Specialist

ArmA III Player ID: 76561198254721667

How long have you been playing ArmA III?: 1 Year, 4 Months.
Are you currently a member of an ArmA III gaming clan or unit?: No.
Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: I want to join the 506th because I am currently an active duty soldier awaiting a Medical Evaluation Board to be discharged. I have been in for almost 2 years now, and I can't really fathom separating from the military. Being a 68W and having trained here at Ft. Sam Houston has taught me many valuable lessons. The hospital here, known as BAMC (Brooke Army Medical Center), is a level one trauma center and I've had to deal with some very crazy situations. And sadly, while here pursuing my flight paramedic status, I injured my back to the point where I have to reenlist 2 years from now. Joining the 506th is going to help me keep myself in the routine, keep me around a likening community, and overall help my morale as the time ticks down.

If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?: Understood.

Please check your user profile and ensure that the email address you registered with is correct. Have you done this?: aimehighmgmt@gmail.com

Do you understand the definition of realism gaming according to the 506th realism unit, and is this the type of realism experience you desire and are willing to abide by?: Yes.

Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserve platoon?: Yes. Due to me being active duty, currently, I will mostly be available between 1900 and 0400 CST. On the weekends and during holidays, my hours may fluctuate, but I will try to maintain a decent amount of activity as much as possible.

You understand the fact that this unit is a EST (GMT -5) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations are dependent on your choice of Sundays at 2000 EST (0100 GMT) or Saturdays at 2000 EST (0100 GMT)?: Understood.
