The dreaded beret

Yes, I know, the headgear we love to hate... I am making a PMC group and part of it will be a "Revolutionary Guard" of sorts... Military escort for a diplomat. They'll be in berets. My question is, is there anyway to add rank, or a batch or insignia of some kind to the flash of the bere?

I've seen the patch stuff for the shoulders. Just need to find out how to mount it on the beret... Trying to find mods with actual shiny looking US military rank, like this..
