Blank screens
« on: March 15, 2016, 07:07:28 PM »
Over the last few days I have had an issue occur. I leave my PC running and when I return to it a few hours or so later my screens are blank, I press every button on my keyboard and move mouse but screens do not come back, I end up reseting my PC and then everything works fine again. My PC is not set to hibernate or go to sleep.
Problem is this issue has happened 3 seperate times over the last few days and I'm starting to panick that it might be a GPU issue!

Has anyone experienced this recently?

I'm just after finding an article to saying that the latest game ready driver update is screwing up systems that have multiple monitors and running windows 10!!!! I'm going to uninstall the update and hopefully that will solve the issue.

Have you checked the cord that connects it to the monitor?

Yes SSGT, there is no issues there. I'm convinced now that it is the game ready driver update.

Just after finding this article and could cause some people here to have issues...especially if after getting a new game as nvidia will push a driver update to account for new game

If you installed the new Nvidia update its a big ol' fuck up, You need to unistall it and install 362.00 on Nvidia's website.

The latest Game ready driver that came out for division is well known for black screens. Happened to me too.

I have actually had this happen to me just recently... I use windows 7.... nothing has changed with my PC any time soon... weird

*edit.. after reading through the posts, it seems mine too is caused by the recent Nvidia update. Thanks for info..
