JTAC Mod

I have downloaded JTAC TAB v1.3 (I believe) and cannot seem to open it up. I know it's an old mod. Does anybody know how to work this one OR recommend another mod ? Thanks guys...
From the mod:
"All modules are under JTAC modules category.
First You must put [JTAC] Enable module. Next you can
choose other JTAC modules and set their options as you
like. When all modules are set, synchronize each of [CAS]
or [TRANSPORT] module with [JTAC] Enable module."

We don't use this mod, would probably be better to ask your questions on the armaholic forum where the thread is still active.

That being said, you need modules placed in the mission file with proper parameters set (within the module). From there it should just work, but only so long as everyone playing has the mod.
