Game Mode (Im New Here)

I'm New Here so i really dont know how it works.
Where Is The Mode Here? I didnt Found it.
TeamSpeak Its Ok I Found it.
But Still how it works when and how i can start to Install and play?
There predetermined dates to Play?
Rules?
role?
Someone who understands and I can talk with him privately?

A recruiter will then review your application and if accepted you will be sent a welcome aboard message with more information regarding the server. All other pertinent information should be available for you to view under the recruiting section posted above. If you meet the requirements then you apply and, if accepted, enter our training pipeline where you will attend recruit training and then OSUT.  After 4 sessions of OSUT then you choose your MOS and transfer to one of our active platoons where they will place you in an open billet.
