B. TASK
Operation Thunderstorm 01-18 for Task Force Charlie aimed to secure the area South East of the enemy airbase to provide security for Task Force Bravo's assault on said airbase.
C. TIME OF OPERATION
0400 - 0600
D. ROUTES
Air insert to AO via Chinnook towards the shoreline North of the town of Lolisse, then traveled South through friendly-controlled territory, passing through mountainous terrain and open valleys until we reached contact.
Key terrain: Pegasus Airfield, Lolisse (town), Mont Chauvo (OBJ Alpha).
Terrain composition: Shoreline, town, mountains, valleys, sparse forests.
F. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION
OPFOR had long range radio backpacks similar to our own, which when combined with low light conditions that made it difficult to PID. Twice in the operation we had to refrain from engaging OPFOR infantry units with said backpacks until we either got close enough to PID, or they shot at us first.

I. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
The fire team did an excellent job responding to short & concise orders even without context or explanations, however 3-2 Bravo should still work on acknowledging said orders to provide Bravo Actual with confirmation that they are carrying out their duties and/or still conscious.
