How long have you been playing ArmA III?: I've been playing arma 1/2 so far. Arma 3 is new to me.

Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: If it's worth playing it is worth doing it right. I think we should all take advantage of the game to immerse in realism gaming experience.


If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?: I don't mind wherever you need me.

Do you understand that as of 30SEP2016, you will be required to own Arma 3 Apex DLC in order to actively participate in the unit?: i am not aware of this but i suppose i can chuck in a few dollards to buy that DLC needed to be functional within the team.

Do you understand the definition of realism gaming according to the 506th realism unit, and is this the type of realism experience you desire and are willing to abide by?: I am willing to be abide by the rules as it is.

Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserve platoon?: Yes. Please advise me if I have left anything out in the process.

You understand the fact that this unit is a EST (GMT -5) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations are dependent on your choice of Sundays at 2000 Eastern (0100 GMT) or Saturdays at 2000 Eastern (0100 GMT)?: Since I live in Australia, i will do my best to accommodate that time zone difference.

Check the "PHASE I: Recruit Training" sub-forum for the next available scheduled Recruit Training. If you are attending a Recruit Training check each thread for available times and sign up for it in the "Recruit Training" Forum above this one. There will be a thread to sign in.

In Summary:
Step 1. Receive Welcome Aboard message and follow Instructions inside of the Welcome Aboard message.
Step 2. Sign up for a "Recruit Training" in the Recruit Training Forum.
Note: Steps 1 and 2 are interchangeable.
