Yet another new guy
« on: February 28, 2018, 08:12:51 PM »
Hey y'all! I'm new here, but I've been enjoying Arma 3 for a few years now, hell, it kept me sane on my first deployment. Glad to be here, and looking forward to running ops with y'all! Currently active duty in the Navy, as an AD3. One cruise, luckily not going on another. I've got a newborn too, so if we're playing and there's crying in the background, sorry ahead of time. Also, feel free to holler at me if you want another person to mess around with in the game, I enjoy making simple missions and would be happy to send it to you (using the 506th mods to keep life easy). Once again, hey!

Welcome to the 506th and I look forward to playing Arma with you.  Patrol Ops is a great place to meet everyone so I will see you soon.

Welcome aboard. Don't get too excited just yet, though - you still have to pass OSUT (and the quiz afterwards)!

Welcome.

At the risk of sounding like a jerk, if you have a noisy background, make sure you have push to talk and try to make sure your background isn't noisy.

Nobody wants to hear your kid crying, your T.V. blaring, or your dog barking when you are in an operation or training.

Thanks for the warm welcome gentlemen! Also, no worries on the PTT sir, I've been on the receiving end of that and I know it's not fun.

Welcome to the unit. It’s a great group who take a lot of pride in what we do. Pay attention in OSUT, and we will look forward to seeing you join a platoon.

Proud to welcome a fellow aircraft maintainer.

SSG you Navy? Or you're a maintainer in a different branch? And are you a Mech or a Framer?
