TS issue

When I launch my TS it's always crashed so I try to reinstall it but after I install the plug in it wont open ..
 it says plug in failed to load:Failed to open plugin.: 0(minimum:21, current:22)

 how to fixed it?

Have you tried re-downloading the plugin and installing it ?
