Task Force Radio Installation

I have, I believe successfully installed task force radio, but ctrl+P does not open the radio interface when i launch a test world. Is it only multiplayer? Is there a setting I don't know about? I'm not sure what to try next.

TFar will only work on a server that has it running,  I would suggest trying any on the 506th servers.  I made the same mistake when I first set it up.
