if your application is accepted, you will receive details on what the next steps to take will be, this should include the mods you will need

Your application hasn't been reviewed by any of the recruiters yet. However, since I am a recruiter I will take care of your application within next half hour/hour.
On acceptance, you will receive a Welcome Aboard Message with further instructions and all the mods you need to download.
