Desktop Mic Recommendations
« on: June 30, 2019, 03:29:32 AM »
Hey ya'll,

Much to my dismay, the microphone on my Logitech G633 headset has shorted out in some way. The headphones themselves still work fantastically, but for now I'm stuck using a webcam mic, which is... less than optimal, to say the least. I'm looking for a desktop microphone that works particularly well with ArmA in a TFAR setup, with good clarity and whatnot.

I've never had a desktop mic, so I wouldn't know the first thing to look for. I know a lot of people swear by Blue Yeti Snowball/Snowball ice, but I'm hoping to hear all my options here. I'm also hoping to stay in the $50-60 or below range, but if there's a better suggestion for a little higher please toss it my way.

I agree with the Blue Yeti suggestion as that is what I use, I absolutely love it.
