Mod failure

I have all the mods extracted and loaded on, but whenever I load on, it gives me this error message followed by a game crash before the game even loads to the start menu.

userconfig\cyp_pushtohear_a3\cyp_pushtohear_a3_config.hpp not found

any idea what is up with it? I have loaded non-steam mods to other games before, but not Arma 3. Although I followed the video.

Mod order I have:

You are missing the Userconfig component of the modpack. It does not show up in the Launcher but must be extracted into your root Arma3 directory as per the video.
