Unable to post recruit application

I cannot start a new topic within the 'Recruit' section to post my application. I wonder if a site administrator did this on purpose because it seems like so. However, I've looked around and cannot find any pinned documentation as to why.

Please read through https://www.506thir.net/forums/index.php?topic=28488.0 and select the 506th Application Form link at the bottom, this will automatically post in the correct format with the correct information that you provide.
