Gracie, since you have not completed Recruit Training, there really is nothing to worry about. Until you finish that, you won't actually be processed into the unit.

Actually he can let a recruiter or recruit training instructor know so that way he's not listed on the receiving platoon for a month.

I could have sworn I checked the receiving platoon before I made this post. If I missed him there I apologize, but technically he shouldn't be added to the receiving platoon until after the completion of recruit training correct?
