When are Operations and Trainings conducted and is 3rd person available as a view mode?

3rd person is available.

Task Force-level events (Operations and Field Training Exercises)  are conducted on Saturday and Sunday nights at 2000 EST.

Training times vary around the unit depending on which element it is. I believe that you gain access to the training calendar once you complete your recruit training.

Thank you Sergeant. Is it an issue if I can only attend mid week and on Sunday’s?

That should be fine. You will need to billet with either Task Force Alpha or Task Force Bravo, which for the infantry is Havoc 1 and Havoc 2. Havoc 1 "mostly" train on Monday nights with Havoc 2 mostly training on Sundays.
