I recently was experiencing an audio lag/popping/tearing. Not in Arma specifically, but it's something to check at least. It was caused by all things my NIC card power settings. In Windows 11, Under your Network & Internet Settings > Advanced Network Settings, select and expand your Network adapter (Probably says Ethernet), then under More adaptor options select Edit. Click Configure, then Power Management. Make sure the "Allow Computer To Turn Off this Device" option is OFF.
It seemed weird to me at first that this option would do anything, especially around audio, and when the NIC card was obviously still on. But doing that cleared up a BUNCH of network errors I was seeing in regards to my audio streams.
