Do I as a recruit have to finish OSUT before I can join the modded private server? I have looked for the password everywhere

THe Public Server is open to all, no password required. It is called [OFFICIAL] 506th Public Server

Sir,

I know about the one open to the public it’s rarely anyone in there. I was referring to the private server which had 30-35 people today. Is that accessible pre OSUT?

It is not, that is our Official Unit Server where our missions are played. You will get access through the OSUT process.
