(S) Thought to be non-combative, a coward, and likely working due to coercion or money.
Considered highly dangerous even without advanced combat training due to his proficiency with remote or timed explosives.
(S) C. Background & Significance
(S) Background: Qasim was born in February of 1993 and was orphaned at the age of 10, during the Iraq war, during the battle of Baghdad. Found to be a proficient craftsman and tinkerer, he was taken under the wing of multiple militia groups who raised him an utilized them for their ever changing needs. Eventually he did basic training with the IAF and specialized in explosives.
(S) Significance: It is not yet known how Qasim got in contact with General Asad, but it is likely that the former’s connections within the IAF have granted him access to personnel files, thus allowing him to find particularly ‘gifted’ individuals, to serve his purposes. It is believed that Qasim is very loyal to the cause, but might not be willing to die for it.
