[ACCEPTED] Lyon Application
« on: April 15, 2015, 04:37:07 PM »
First Name: Robert
Last Name: Lyon
Age: 46
Desired Duty Assignment: 11B Infantry

ArmA III Player ID: 76561197990154744

How long have you been playing ArmA III?: 3 months
Are you currently a member of an ArmA III gaming clan or unit?: No
Why do you want to join the 506th Infantry Regiment Realism Unit?: I've watched dozens of Jester814's vids and want to participate in realistic ops like the ones shown.

If you have elected either rotary wing pilot, fighter pilot, combat engineer or medic, if all billets are full by the time you finish the training pipeline, you may have to go infantry for the time being. Do you understand this?: Yes

Please check your user profile and ensure that the email address you registered with is correct. Have you done this?: Yes

Do you understand the definition of realism gaming according to the 506th realism unit, and is this the type of realism experience you desire and are willing to abide by?: Absolutely

Have you read and understood the requirements for our unit and the criteria for being active and taking a billet in this unit and that failure to complete said criteria will place you into the reserve platoon?: Yes

You understand the fact that this unit is a EST (GMT -5) time zone based unit, and the attendance requirements of operations are dependent on your choice of Sundays at 2000 EST (0100 GMT) or Saturdays at 2000 EST (0100 GMT)?: Yes, either or both are fine

Mr. Lyon,

Before we can process this application, it is required to provide a valid ARMA 3 Player ID. To find out how, check this link:
http://www.506thir.net/forums/index.php?topic=19.0

Once you have found your player ID, please update your application to reflect the changes and we will process this application as soon as possible.

Yes I was a little confused by this part (from linked page):  (Note: If you haven't set up a new Player Profile the default profile will be displayed as your Computer Username)

Apologies, I'm posting from work for the next few hours so can't figure this out on my own until then - but will I have to start a new Player Profile to obtain the ID number?    If so, will it delete the original profile?  I'm almost finished with the SP campaign and wouldn't want to lose all my progress.

Your player ID remains the same no matter how many profiles you have.  Just update your application with the number from the Player ID box on your profile page.
