I do not know if its me being retarded or my computer but can somebody give me help with the downloads.

Perhaps a short explanation of what you've already tried. 
Have you:
1) Watched the Youtube videos on how to unarchive .7z .rar and other compressed files
2) Watched the Youtube videos on where to put Arma 3 mod folders and how to load them when starting the game
3) Applied and been accepted into the 506th
4) Read the Recruit forums
It's hard to know where to start given your request.  If forum-based help is not what you want, I would advise trying Teamspeak and ask for help, feel free to ask me if I am online.
