So to bring up the short range radio for me is ctrl + P. For some reason when I hold down control ... then press P nothing happens. When I hold down P then press control it works. This seems to work this way for any combination for one would naturally hold down ctrl, alt, or shift first then the corresponding second key. The second key has to be pressed first for it to work. Not a big deal but annoying.
